This is one of our most popular services. From weekly essentials to last-minute needs, our team provides convenient grocery pickup and delivery to save you time and keep your kitchen stocked. This is also included in our "Arrival Service" which is convenient to use if you are vacationing so that everything you need is ready to go upon your arrival.

Housekeeping
Enjoy a clean, welcoming space with routine housekeeping that includes dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and overall home upkeep, in addition to post rental guest departure.

Property Welfare Check
If you do not live full time on the lake, this service is provided for peace of mind. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, construction check-ups and post storm inspections. We provide photos from our inspection so that you can be assured your property is in good condition.

Property Maintenance & Management
This service can be as small as changing the light bulbs or batteries in your home monitoring devices to obtaining quotes from local contractors for projects. This service also includes several of our other services. Packages can be customized to meet your particular property management needs.

Arrival & Departure
Ready to get the vacation started? With our arrival service we can complete grocery pick-up and stocking, housekeeping, uncovering patio furniture and grill, make sure the charcoal and propane is stocked, assure the other maintenance has been completed such as landscaping, checking and cleaning the dock, plus uncover the watercrafts, wipe them down and make sure they are ready to hit the water. IN ADDITION, COMING SOON, FUELING ALL WATERCRAFTS.
The departure services is very much the same except in reverse. Need to get back on the road without the stress of clean up? We have got you. We come in and put everything back in its rightful place, housekeeping, cleaning up the dock, cover outdoor furniture and grills, etc.
